Freezes on Lyra "Activate" screen

The screen freezes and I can't play any games. I've come out of it, rebooted phone. Has anyone had the same problem and got past it.

Hi Witchy Poo, we would need you to try some troubleshooting first. I know this is for Windows pc, but the same should be for the mobile.
If it doesn't work, can you let us know your phone model and OS version please. Thank you
