On BubbleWitch3 I’m on level 389 and still do not have the 4 star cats?

I finished upgrading Stella’s home, but ever since the game says “it’s time to relax” I am not able to do anything.  I know I am supposed to have 4 cats after level 50 or something and then upon getting those cats there are upgrades for the cats treehouse.. but again I do not have any cats, or the treehouse .  Can you help me figure out how to get these cats? I would really like to keep playing this part of the game. Thank you.

The Cats are part of a test that we are running and not all players have access to them, yet: Our Game Studios are constantly adapting our games by introducing and testing new features, gameplay or concepts.

Before releasing these kind of new features, the Game Studio always chooses a randomly-selected group of players to trail the feature and see how they react to it. They then look closely at how the change has been viewed and decide if it's something they want to permanently implement in the game or not.

I understand that this may be frustrating, but rest assured I've let the Studio know that you're eager to get the help of our Star cats! I'd love to be able to manually add this feature for you however I have no control over how these groups are selected or chosen.

Hopefully everyone will have access soon! I hope that clarifies, sorry for the inconvenience.
