Not enough bubbles 454

On level 454 I am only given 16 bubbles to shoot. On the all the walkthroughs it shows 24 bubbles to start with ! How can anyone complete with only 16 bubbles ! Is this a glitch ?

Hi Donna, King sometimes change the number of bubbles for this Level. I'll see if I can make a new video for you.
