bubble witch 3 saga won't download from microsoft store but other games will

brand new laptop running windows 10. all updates done. via microsoft store i cannot get bubble witch 3 saga to download. i can other games from store. it says I own it, the game is not on my laptop. i click install and it just hangs at either aquiring licence or starting download, but never does please help

Hi Jayne, sorry for the delay in responding.  Can you please try to install it again today because it might have been a Microsoft glitch.  I just downloaded it now on my Windows 10.
