I am stuck on level 394

The video shows 23 bubbles to start but my game only starts with 19 how do I get past this level with only 19 bubbles  please help I've been on thislevel for 3 days now.

There is a new version of the level in the tutorials now, it is really difficult after the change.
My advice to to keep aiming high in the Level and try not to waste any of the limited moves! Good luck

If its the linked video from the game then It maybe needs updating @azdollface1965, I will ask one of the other Superstars if they have a new video
