Character design contest link isn't working

Hi, I've won the "design a character" contest. Nice... I had my heart set on it, BUT the link I recieved to make the design causes problems. On my tablet it doesn't load, one browser says: "Unsafe connection", the other "can't load" on my laptop it says "turn your device" 

Help! How can I get it to work?

    hello .. also I won the contest to create the character but by mistake I left the page and therefore I could not do it .. I would be grateful if you could postpone the invitation of the realization thanks

    I won too the "design a character" contest. But the link doesn't work. My browser says: "Broken wand... This page is not available anymore."

    You get a pop-up saying you won and when you click it, it brings you to a page like this: https://moonchase.bubblewitch3.king.com/nl?coreuserid=12345678
    Worst thing is: You have to submit the character within a few day's

    But that link doesn't work.says want is broken I don't get that I got 1 thing that popped up and I clicked it and it went away

    Hi everyone, welcome to the Community :waving:

    The design character feature is only available on mobile and not on desktop. So if you haven't seen anything on your PC, that's why. Go to your mobile instead and that will pop up and work ;) 

    If you're on mobile but still cannot see it, please let me know your Game ID so we can check that for you. Here is how to find your Game ID in case you need help :star: 

    Let me know if that works now and don't forget to have a bubblicious time ;)
