Bubble Witch 3

I play Bubble Witch 3 on a Lenovo Tab , running Windows 10. Normally when I click on the icon the game loads up in Full Screen, but just the other day, it now loads up as a square with a black bar top and bottom. The game play area has also become alot smaller.
Any advice please on how to get it back to full screen.

I love bubble witch 3 but am having a. Problem with it saying I have no internet connection and I do have internet what can be causing that

Hi @lisabucca and welcome to our adorable Community 😊 I am sorry you are having this issue. Follow the link below and try troubleshooting steps and hopefully, it will be solved. Please note that the last resort is always reinstalling the game but if you do so you will lose all the boosters and lives you collected as they are saved on the device's memory.
