Missing Fairy Dash, Boosters, and Daily Reward

After creating an account, Fairy Dash, five stereo bolts, one magic beam, one magic hat, two sparkling blasts, and two shooting stars are missing. My daily reward is also missing, and today is my 24th consecutive day of play. I play on a laptop (Windows 10).  Thank you.
