When the event ended, it didn’t give me any of the prizes. It had 4 out of 5 treats.

There seems to be an issue paying out the rewards when the event ends, this is currently being looked at by the game team. I'm afraid we can't add the missing rewards but if you get intouch with Player Support, they will be able to help.
