When I click to view the ads, to gain more bubbles at the end of a game, the second or third ad has started to crash over the last week. The message is "oops something went wrong", and the game ends.

Hi @PD987 I have come to answer you in the adds thread so as to keep the other thread on topic
The studio have confirmed that there is no currently known issues with adds as they produced a fix in the last update can you check you are updated and there is nothing pending if there is not this will mean it is a blip and should reset but you may have to log out not just close down and leave your device off for at least a couple of minutes ππ
Hi @Mikesouthern55 The issues with ads freezing has been fixed could you please check in your phones settings then apps then select BW3 scroll down so we can make sure that you have the most up to date version you should see 7.21.71
Also please log out and leave your device turned off for a few minutes πβ

And yes if they are freezing your game and you end up loosing the level that might be a good idea πβ
Well, I will stop watching the ads then. It happens on three different platforms, and only in the last few weeks.

When you see that message it usualy means there is a temporary connection issue and some adds can get temprementel at times πβ

Everything has been working fine until I finished the race I won second but when I open my game it shows half the screen and it won't let me collect it I've tried closing and reopen and nothing working
n Leo's Cup, instead of increasing, the score decreases every time you pass a level. I have reported the problem several times but have not received any response.
