How do I get magic plant

Hi, I'm bored of Stella's house. I've been playing this game for years & believe I would have finished Stella's house numerous times. I read that, that's when you can get magic plant. Can someone help please.

Yes once Stella's house is complete you will be taken automatically to the starcats tree house and you can then start building there home 💓
