Error when connecting to facebook

Hello,

A while back I used to play bubble witch, my phone crashed and I had to get a new one. Now when I try to log in with facebook I get an error message saying ”you don’t match the apps criterias about country, age or etc”.

I have no way of accessing my old phone because it is completeky broken.

what do I do now? (:

Sorry to hear you are having trouble

How long has it been since you played

It can be a little temperamental when logging in on a new device

I don't know if you are aware but you can no longer play BW3 via Facebook However if you're progress is saved to Facebook you can select to transfer you're progress over to king

You have to be extra careful that all the details you are entering are exact to your original sign in details if you can not remember them exactly then please select the contact us tab at the bottom of this page explain and include your email address we usually need you're game ID but explain you can not access this
