Lost boosters

I have changed my phone and transferred BW3 but have lost all boosters on new device, but they are still on old phone when I log in.

Oh my yes if you either uninstall or change devices you will loose boosters as they are saved to your device and not the game this is why you can still see them on your old device

Unfortunately we can not reimburse boosters

You could try selecting the contact us tab bottom of this page and ask our customer services if they could offer you a goodwill gesture 💓
