How do I use my full piggy bank? It says full at 5 and the coins keep bouncing off. What do I do? 5 isn’t enough for anything.

Everything has been working fine until I finished the race I won second but when I open my game it shows half the screen and it won't let me collect it I've tried closing and reopen and nothing working
