why can't I have my progress on my new laptop

all my other games have my progress except bubble witch saga 3 . How can i get my progress back on my laptop ( I don't have fakebook)

Hi @Mp57 welcome to the BW3 community. Make sure that it is connected. Go to your cogwheel, you then will see the profile etc on that page. Make sure it is connected. If it is, then please log out of your game,then log bag in and hopefully that will reset it 😊
