Hi I'm stuck on level 1895 it's not opening when I tap to play

It takes forever to load I have to leave the game come back and it's still same

Hi @N_ana , I am so sorry you are having this problem. A few things that could make this happen is you don't have a strong connection. Please check that out. If that is not it, lets reset your game. Log out of your game, turn off for a few seconds then turn back on. Log back into your game. You should then be able to play your game
