Retrieve progress

My game doesn't retrieve my progress. It gives a message that it can't connect to the internet. My wifi is working perfectly. I tried to uninstall the app and reinstall but it still doesn't connect. Now I'm back on level 1 and I was on level 3461. I can't start over, how do I fix that. Is there something wrong with the system?

so you are now connected and back to level 1 ?

It sounds as though your game progress was not being saved as if you play level 1 and close the game then leave your device off for a moment or two if your progress was saved it would then re set

Can you confirm your device and what platform you use to play the game and if you have tried this

Also please check if your progress is being saved

You can do this by selecting the cog wheel bottom of your level start up screen you should then see the profile tab like so

If you see connect instead of profile please select it and follow the instructions
