Let's try a reset of the game
First check you have no pending updates
Select the cog wheel bottom left of the game start up screen you should see profile or connect if you see connect it will mean you are not connected and no progress will be being saved so please select and follow the instructions
Play 1 level
Your cache could be full so go to your device settings menu select apps and clear the game cache
Check you haven't got to many other apps open at once
Log out and leave your device off for a moment or two
Hopefully this will reset things for you 💓
