Sorry you have experienced this problem we have very few reports regarding freezing in bw3
Please follow these trouble shooting steps
Check you have no pending updates
From your phones settings menu select apps and clear the cache from bw3 overloaded cache can sometimes cause issues
Log out and leave your phone of for a couple of minutes
Play any level you don't have to complete it then repeat the log out steps
