HELLO Pretty Buddles - well I cooled off and reinstalled the game and lost all my spells . My profile pic is back but some things are still not working . Still can not share a link to me with anyone with out the game crashing and when it shows you were people will ask for a life you have to close the game to get out of that .
So sorry to hear that my friend I have raised it again and will hopefully get some feedback so please don't be upset and your patience is greatly appreciated 💓

Some good news and some bad .
1st the good - the league rewards are working and I can now collect my rewards .
2nd now the bad - my profile pic is still a question mark and I still can not change it - also I can not share my contact link because it crashs the game . Also I am not the only one with the profile pic problem - I sent you a screenshot of it some time ago .

Yes that is the one I replyed to and I have heard nothing back . Sent them everything I had and the screenshots too .
Yes our customer services do response first with automated emails it is that email you need to reply to you should receive a response from one of the agent's 💓
I said that in the emails that you sent me . all I get back is the automated emails .

well I contacted support and only got 2 emails from them - 1st one telling me to ask you for help with mt problem and the 2nd to rate the support I got . BEFORE you tell me to uninstall the game think twice - if I uninstall it I will not be reinstalling it . I will just go find a new game to play . BUT I do thank you for the help you have given me and the time with my problem but as I've said before there are others with some of the same problems that I am having . I just the only one saying something about it . If I do hear from support I will let you know .

The last thing to do would be to uninstall we leave this option until last as you would loose any saved boosters
Maybe you would first like to try contacting our support centre by selecting the contact us tab at the bottom of this page and explain what is happening they may be aware of a known and issue and may be able to compensate you

it did not work . still does move up . played level 5333 and won 3 stars and for league rewards it stayed on the first reward which is a life . also here is a screenshot of peoples profile pics from the bottom of the screen . all you see for some are silhouettes with a question mark . this is just one problem . i can not change the profile pic ( i've tried ) and when i goto that page i can not get back to the game page not without closing the game and coming back .
