I can't log in to the application

I tried all of these possibilities in FAQ. I keep getting the message "email address and password do not match". When logging in to king.com, the password and e-mail address are correct.I tried on several devices, with the same result

    Hi, @Marii1609, I am sorry to hear you are having trouble signing in.

    Please note that your progress is currently saved with your Facebook account, therefore you need to log in under this option.

    If you are getting the message from Facebook site when trying to log in, I recommend that you try resetting your Facebook password directly from there.

    always logged in using my king account. when entering the game using Facebook, I lost all progress.
