What's wrong with the BBW3 Kindle app?

On my Windows laptop and on my Android phone, I'm on level 7998 of Bubble Witch 3. On my Kindle tablet I'm on level 7760 and there are no more levels to play on my Kindle. Big sign on Kindle page says to update for more levels, but I went to the Kindle app store and there was no updates available.....? I've restarted my Kindle but game is same. Please advise??

Can you please tell us what is the latest version available on your Kindle device? It's possible that your Kindle device might be outdated.

I just checked and my Fire tablet 8 is up to date running OS 8.3.3.3 installed in February.

I wanted to send a screenshot of the BBW3 message asking me to update, and while I took the screenshot, it won't let me share on the Kindle as this email message in Kindle is asking me to sign in to King, which Kindle is not allowing me to do. Side note: I needed to sign into my email acct as I had changed my password—that sign in went okay, but King app won't let me sign in to post screenshot—when i try to sign in I get message saying "we're having trouble signing you in with the proper credentials, try the change your password option"….problem is definitely with Kindle because I'm logged in and up to level 7998 on both laptop and my phone….. ???

I figured the problem might be on Kindles end, so i contacted them. it wasn't their problem but we diagnosed problem.

Actually, there has been no solution. When I wrote that it was solved, my FB page was blocked by FB for a week. Kindle and I figured that my game was connected to my FB account instead of by my email….My FB acct was restored. I uninstalled the game and reinstalled the game on my Kindle, signing in with my email,.but IT'S STILL BEHIND ON LEVELS AND SAYING I need to update when there's no way to update!!!! The problem is with GAME on Kindle—-maybe with developers??? Please advise???

Fire tablet 12th generation and it's up to date. It says Leo's cup ended and I can't tap anything to continue after 7760 levels

Mine is the same, 12th generation, and up to date. Mine also says Leo's cup ended and ends on the same level. LOL. At the time I called KINDLE about it, I was in FB jail and the rep had me believing it was because my app was connected to that FB acct. I am out of FB jail, but the game is still needing that update lol. The fact that it happened with you too means the problem is with Kindle or the developer. I'm gonna call Kindle again and tell them I found another person with the same problem. Will you also do that, maybe then they'll fix?
