Hi again @Snow_Rider - I lost a day and a half (due to the glitch) in the newest Star Cats contest. I am only ranked at number 7 as a result. I purchased the rewards again and have used all my new rewards already. It took all my boosters to catch up. I really need my forfeited boosters as previously requested. Please don't let a loyal and true Bubblewitcher down.

I cant progress to 10000 either, have tried clearing cache and winning again but nothing.

Old Samsung tablet shows 3 stars as a completed level and does all the level winning animation but does not move on. Game is up to date.

The new Star Cats has begun and I can't play - I stillness my "unrealized" boosters I paid for in the last round - do. You recommend I stop playing until issue is resolved?

Hello after tried all solutions in posted in this chat, I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. I am now on the level 10000. Be careful before to uninstall the app be sure to have a backup.

If you're still having trouble progressing, please make sure both your game and device are up to date. If the issue continues, kindly share the following so we can look into it further:

A screenshot of your map
Your device name and model
Your game ID

Já segui todos os passos e continuo a não conseguir avançar para o nível 10.000, mesmo que já tenha concluído e superado o nível 9999 diversas vezes.

São bastantes os utilizadores a reportarem o mesmo problema e infelizmente parece não haver solução.

I have tried everything support has told me to do, updated app. Have enough memory. Rebooted my phone, nothing is working.

I won level 9999 6 times, but it won't move me to next level. Any ideas?

Have you tried clearing your browser cache on your iPhone or Android device. That usually solves the problem of loading the new update BWS3 releases. Hope this suggestion helps.

Try deleting your entire web based cache and if you are using a desktop or laptop be sure to delete the Microsoft cache as well. Then reload BW3S and it should take the updated version of the game. Hope this helps. If it does not then do work with the Support Team and they will be happy to help you.

Hi my friend Please check your play store for any pending updates

Clear the in game cache from your device settings menu then choose apps the select bw3 then select Storage scroll down and clear the cache

Log out of the game and leave your device off for a couple of minutes

Let's see how this goes
