Not able to get items

Not able to get to the next level on the Ghostly Garden (PART 4) 2/3 Quests, purchased bars, and screen keep going out so I am forced to close out and reload. Photos are attached below

I'm not able to get my items from the free side of the "Star cats season" this go around idk why but it doesn't fill up I noticed after I played 8 different levels with almost no loses, actually no loses I do believe. And idk where to report it.
