There is an issue which has been happening more often with the ‘Wake up the tree’ event not loading properly and has missing icons on the tiles. You cannot exit out of it when it happens causing you to force quit the game.

Hi,
There is no way you can completely clear cache on an Apple device which is what I am using. I would have to completely remove the game which I am not doing. I have already restarted my device a few times which did not help.
Hi my friend please clear the ingame cache from your device settings menu selecting apps as overloaded cache can create issues and log out leave your device off for a moment or two then play any level this is usually the fix when this issue occurs 💓
My device is working just fine and I have fibre Internet and I know for a fact it’s not on my end. Can you please have a developer look into this?

Hi my friend the tree can be temperamental at times but will usually reset once you close and restart your device then play any level
Also please be sure to have a good Internet connection and at least 2gig of free memory and you have no pending updates in your store
