First please try the following lets see if it clears it for you 💓
Force close apps and restart your device.
Check that you have the latest game and device updates
You need a strong connection wi fi is better and at least 2gig of free memory then clear the game cache as overloaded cache can create issues
Android: Settings > Apps > Candy Crush Soda > Storage > Clear Cache
iOS: Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data
hi. i’ve been getting a blank screen today and yesterday after hitting
the play button on the first screen after the app opens up.

This is getting worse. It's very annoying.
This is happening for me as well. It's an intermittent problem and will eventually load the game after multiple tries.
@PrettyBubbles There is nothing to do to solve this bug with the methods that you have told me. I think that the unique way to delete the white screen in BWS3 is to delete BWS3 and although I'll lost the boosters, at least I'll solve the bug and I'll recover the boosters.

@PrettyBubbles every time I open BWS3 I see a total white screen on my phone (a Samsung A16). I'm at level 10591 and I hope to reach level 11000 one day but I can't reach that level without solving this bug without deleting BWS3. I don't want to delete BWS3 because I've got a lot of boosters that I collected in these days. How can I solve this bug without deleting BWS3? Here is the screenshot of the white screen that i mentioned.
