Toyota AD not working correctly

Question

I have had this issue for 2 weeks or more, I have 215 GB space available and app and Ipad are up to date. The Toyota Ad is the only Ad that will not work. It never lets me go back to the game in progress. The only way I can get back to the game is to close the ipad, or I can sweep it off the screen. That starts the game over and the challenge fails. I have attached a screenshot of the Ad. The only thing it will do is go to the website to show the video. This is extremely aggervating, please fix it. My device is a Apple Ipas model A2602

I have already tried the things you suggested

A.- Gather the essential information:

* Title of the game, where the ad in question was seen  BubbleWitch3 SAGA
* Date and time, when the ad in question was seen  May 27, 9 PM
* Your country, i.e. country, where the ad in question was seen  USA
* Screenshot of the ad in question – Atached
* Brand name, advertised via the ad in question * Toyota Rav4
* Any URL links related to the ad in question        Toyota Website

Thanks for reporting this to us. Our Studio team has since then resolved this issue by disabling the ad on May 18th. To fix it on your own game, please make sure you have the latest game version:

-On mobile or tablet, simply go to the game page in your app store and make sure the latest version is installed. If you already have the game open, please also fully close it down and start it again.

-On Facebook/King.com, you only need to close and reopen your browser and restart the game.

As always, we recommend that you regularly check that you have the latest update for your game, as this can help to overcome the most common technical issues.
