Hi my friend the tree is very temperamental at times if someone has already selected a tile you select it sometimes doesn't show instead it will say no connection so you need to play any level then restart the same if no tiles are on display play any level then restart the tree will reaper 💓

Check that you have the latest game and device updates You need a strong connection wi fi is better and at least 2gig of free memory then clear the game cache as overloaded cache can create issues Android: Settings > Apps > Candy Crush Soda > Storage > Clear Cache iOS: Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data
