Hey my name is pat long I am trying to play my bubble witch game but it's not letting me in the game

I also need the Facebook symbol to pop up so I will be able to connect it to my account

Please can you tell us which device are using to play the game. Normally when we open the game on the opening page we get the message and symbol of connecting our progress with facebook.
