Good Evening - I can't update my game on my computer does anyone have solutions?

Is anyone having issues that their banner is NOT updating on it's own even if you play the level again and again. I think Saga needs to either take that off or fix it. So sad there has not been a fix after almost six months of players asking about this issue.
Just one question ? Are new Levels after 3340 for BWs 3 planned for PC gamers in the near future ?

I am back to waiting on the game to update. Do we know how many levels they add at a time so maybe I wont play so much each time. I love this game.

If your game was saved after playing a level log out and restart your device this should put you back to your original level if not it will mean your game wasnt saved 🌟👍
I updated today. Have to start over something but as least I am up to date.

Hi @Renee_James We understand that there is a problem with the studio uploading them onto the Microsoft store. But they should be loaded soon and you should start seeing the roll out of new levels. So just keep checking for new updates 👻 Sorry for the inconvenience.

Hi guys you can see the notifications for updates but it won't load until the updates go live and this can sometimes take a while so its case of just keep trying if there are live updates ready you will then receive them ⭐👍

I seem to have the same problem. I am using a laptop and have completed up chapter 156 (level 3100) and i have a banner that says new levels coming soon and a pop up that keeps telling me to update. When i push the update button it takes me to the microsoft store and asks to install or play as well. New levels have not been added for my computer in months so i've pretty much given up hope that i can finish the game completely If you play on a phone the updates are automatic but not for computers.
When I go to the Microsoft store there are no updates there.
