Why can't I get my friends that play Bubble Witch 3 as friends on the game ?

My friends and I are all playing Bubble Witch 3 , but they don't show up on my friends list. Why?

Do you have the game connected to Facebook?

Also make sure that your friends are connected to Facebook and you should now be able to see each other in the game.
