Why wont it connect

Sorry to hear that I will need you to answer a couple of questions before I can help you further as there can be a number of reasons

Did you do anything different

Have you tried logging out and restarting your device

Are you now playing using windows 10 or a mobile device not connected to Facebook as this is now the only way you can play BW3

When you select the 3 dashes on you home screen of the game does the blue tab say profile or connect.

If it says connect this means you will need to select it and follow the instructions
