I am going to take advice on this one. It sounds to me like there has been a game issue, but as I don't play this one personally, I wouldn't want to give you the wrong advice.

Hi margretdzn (apologies for the slipped finger in the spelling of the post previously)
I asked one of the Superstars if she had encountered the same things.
This is her response : "It's a glitch, happens on PC because the game does what a lot of King games do for me on facebook, they often reload the same game data every day. I call it the repeating glitch. If the person did not have those boosters when they first loaded and have the 'repeating glitch' next time they load, the game gives exactly the same game data as before/last time it loaded (therefore without the new boosters) Progress is the same though."
I hope that makes sense. Needless to say, I am going to pass this on to one of the moderators.
What I would ask is that you do this troubleshooting in the meantime please

It should just be at the top of the page (the message) Its showing under yours on my screen.
Do you only play on Facebook? I will pass it on again, but it will be after Tuesday as its Easter break.

I feel like I've been forgotten.
No there are no new messages at the top of the page. I usually get an email saying I have a new message, and I checked my new and old emails an d there are none I haven't seen. I was not given any gold bars. I think she said she would but didn't.
yes I can see the message box. And I also get an email saying King has sent me a message. The message box as I remember usually has a number on it if it has a new message. If it doesn't have a number, I have checked on it recently and there are no new messages.
No problem, I have left it in her list of things to look at

@margretdzn I credited your account on the 28th of March and our system shows them as delivered, some of these Gold Bars have been spent and you should now have 20 Gold Bars. Everything has been working fine until I finished the race I won second but when I open my game it shows half the screen and it won't let me collect it I've tried closing and reopen and nothing working
