Been happening about a week now. No idea why, one moment I'm lining up a shot, next moment game closes and I have to restart....happens 2-3 times a day.
Would uninstalling and reinstalling help.
Will I still be on same level when I reinstall?
Hi @margretdzn, I use Google Chrome .
But I have looked up Windows 10 to clear cache and it appears very easy to do. enter “Disk Cleanup“” in the Windows search bar found in the bottom-left corner of the desktop.
You might want to do a quick clean with whatever antivirus software you have.
Since you are playing on your laptop, you also might see if there is an update that you are missing.

Hi @margretdzn As far as I am aware that is the process to clear cache on a PC but I am no way experienced as I do not use a PC
I am going to invite @johamilton to join us as she uses a PC and may know alternative processes to clearing your cache on windows 10 💓
I'm not playing in a Chrome Browser, the game opens in it's own window in windows 10. The game is an app in the Microsoft store in Windows 10, so I'm not sure what clearing out Chrome browser cache will do, please advise,
Hi @margretdzn Its still always a good idea to clear cache on your pc as it helps with running of it and can help stop you getting a lot of issues
If you open chrome and tick "more" top right then select "more tools" and then "clear browsing data"
At the top you should see a time range just select all time
Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes and clear

Occasionally these connection blips do happen
We only recommend uninstalling as a last resort first we try trouble shooting
Make sure your Internet connection is strong
Please check you have no pending updates then clear the in game cache. From your phones settings select apps then the game then clear the cache
Now log out not just close the game and leave your device off for a moment or two
This should clear it for you
