Hi Lesley, you can always replay or slow down the video if you need remember how specific moves are made. This tutorial shows that the tactic used to collect all the owls was to ignore the owls at the beginning of the game and just concentrate on moving up in the game. Once near the top of the game, then the owls can be collected. :-)
As usual this tutorial is as useless as the rest as we all know that what is shown on the tutorial is never going to happen for the player, furthermore no-one can remember all the shown moves
