When I loose in the Tricksies Party, I'm prompted to send candies to someone else, but their profiles don't load and I'm unable to go out of this screen unless I kill the app and start over. This is the second Tricksies Party I have with this bug

Another one hitting the wall in Tricksies Party. So frustrating! I reported the problem twice during the last two rounds, this being the third, and received a reply that it was a glitch that was basically out of their hands and unable to fix. This seems crazy to me.
Yes this is the 3rd time now that this has happened. This event is my favourite. It’s so disappointing. Hopefully it gets fixed this time around. 🙂

Hey everyone, it's been a long time since I have visited the community & I've missed you all very much. I'm still playing BW3 daily but I changed internet providers back in the spring & ran into so many issues with my game. After switching Internet providers I lost my connection with the community, I am no longer receiving any notifications or emails from the King community & my game has had soooo many glitches with the latest issue of my inability to work with my teammates in the Tricksies challenge. This is the third time that I've had this issue in the last few months which is extremely frustrating. I've read through this thread & it seems that not having the ability to pass along candies to teammates continues to plague this game. It's disappointing to say the least. I see that you @PrettyBubbles & @johamilton are still working hard for everyone in the community. Thanks so much for all that you do & as this is the last day for the Tricksies challenge I sincerely hope that the glitches will be fixed before it is released again. 🤞
Again, it's wonderful to finally connect with all of you again & hopefully I have everything fixed on my end. It's Thursday before the last long weekend of the summer so wishing all of you a happy & safe Labour Day weekend.

Thank you Jo. The team I was first with were really proactive and it gave me a great sense of belonging in helping as a team. I personally felt bad, I haven't had this event before and didn't know how it worked and why there was no rewards, I wanted to help the players on my team. So I would be very grateful if the Studio could fix this and hope those players outside the Community will try playing again. While it is broken no one plays .

Thank you this would be very appreciated. This is the third time I have had the event, and each time it has had this glitch. Such a shame, as I feel this could be a great and fun team event.
Yes, just like all side games, not all will receive them. For the this particular game, I finally received it 3 months ago for the first time.

I agree with you @PD987. It's such a pity because it was fun to play.
No bonus really @PrettyBubbles , because if the level isn't cleared you can't progress without shutting the game down, ergo no candies, diddly squat!
Plus i refuse to play it anymore. Rolling it out for a third time with the exact same glitch isn't exactly enticing me to keep trying.

Yes thats correct the bonus is though although we can not currently select who to give our candies to at least we are still able to receive our team mates candies to help us progress 💓
