For the past 2 days, my game has been disappearing in mid play causing me to lose many lives.

For the past 2 days, my game has been disappearing in mid play causing me to lose many lives and to have to start all over. This is the first time that this has happened and it is very aggravating. Is anyone else having this problem?

Are you playing on Windows 10? If not, what device and platform are you using? Can you give a little more details on the issue itself please?

There seem to be some issue at the moment with Windows 10 and we are looking into it. We're really sorry for the inconvenience but our team assured that the issue will be fixed tomorrow.
