I am playing Bubble Witch Saga 3 an in-game event called Trixie's and it keeps saying claim my prize I go and it won't let me claim. I tried talking to tech support and they just sent me here to ask a question. Frustrated they need to just fix it

We're very sorry, there are issues with the event and we are working on it. It's always best to keep updating the app/game with the latest version and clear cache and cookies regularly to avoid that kind of issue.

Everything has been working fine until I finished the race I won second but when I open my game it shows half the screen and it won't let me collect it I've tried closing and reopen and nothing working
