I have lost all my boosters. Does anyone know how to remedy this and getting the boosters back? The game froze, so I had to reboot the computer and when I opened the game again, the boosters were gone - but my progress was not affected. Thank you.

What a terrible thing to happen.
Do you have a recent screenshot? You can send to support along with the time this happened. They may be able to recreate the scenario.
I have found support to be very helpful and also trusting. If you can give them an idea of what you lost, I am sure they will help you.
