Hi my friend if you play any level then close down and leave your device off for a moment or two any previously saved levels will return 💓
If you have an account with kings or on google just reinstall the game and you should get back where you where in the game thars if you saved the game to an account if not you will have start from the beginning put make sure you set up and account and save the game once in a while and if it happens again just uninstall and reinstall and you should be back to where you where before i hope this helps
