Help! rock star league stuck!

I can't get my rewards! Am I doing something wrong? I have not finished them all, and of course, I purchased the extra royal pass. It says I have 6 points, and every time I pass a level, it adds but it doesn't move up to allow me to collect my rewards! I can't even scroll down to see any of the rewards I've already collected.

I just looked on the facebook page for bubble witch 3 and it seems to be an issue for other players as well! glad it isn't me or my program!

Sorry you are having this problem
Can you first please try checking for any pending updates then clearing the game cache
Log out then leave your device off for a moment or two let's see if this resets it for you 💓

I'm having the same problem. It keeps giving the same 3 amulets, won't allow the reward to be claimed, and won't advance. Also, why do we have to click through the league instructions every time we open the game? 9 clicks to get through so we can play is too many.

Hi my friend sorry you are having this problem
There are 3 ways we can try
As this is a new season please play 1 more level then log out not just close the game and leave your device off for a moment or two let's see if this resets it for you
The last thing to do would be to uninstall we leave this option until last as you would loose any saved boosters
Maybe you would first like to try contacting our support centre by selecting the contact us tab at the bottom of this page and explain what is happening they may be aware of a known and issue and may be able to compensate you
If you do you will first receive an automated reply please reply back to this and explain once more
