Good morning, I was playing this morning and used up 12 of my gold bars(which I don't have much) the game froze and lost my 12 bars without playing when the game began. can you help me retrieve them. thank you

No puede abrir bubble witch saga 2 cuando lo quiero abrir carga hasta 100% y se cierra y a veces me pone un cartel que dice sigue fallando. Había leído en algún lugar que ya no se podía jugar en facebook, y sí lo desinstalo tengo miedo de que cuando lo vuelva a instalar empiece de cero 🤦🏻♀️

Thanks for the clarification that you are trying from the Windows app. Could you please remove the game app from Facebook(this will not delete your progress), log out from your current Facebook session in the browser and then restart your device completely. After that please try to access the game again through Windows app version and connect with Facebook.

Could you please try to play directly from the Windows app version of Bubble Witch 3 Saga and connect with the same Facebook logins.

Thanks for the help. Windows 11 is installed on my laptop, I use Chrome as a web browser which is supported. But when I start the BW3 app and try to connect with my Facebook credentials it tells me that they are not correct (they are because I am correctly connected to FB and i don't type the password directly but i copy and paste it). After trying again it tells me that the browser is not supported. In Facebook the connection with the app is active and the setting for accessing with apps and websites external to FB is also active. Below is the image where it tells me that the password is not correct

Grazie per l'aiuto. Sul mio laptop è installato windows 11, utilizzo come browser web Chrome che è supporftato. Ma quando avvio la app BW3 e tento di connettermi con le credenziali di facebook mi dice che non sono corrette (lo sono perchè sono correttamente collegata a FB e utilizzo un gestore di password quindi le credenziali non le digito direttamente). Dopo aver riprovato mi dice che il browser non è supportato. In facebook la connessione con la app è attiva ed è attiva anche l'impostazione di accesso con app e siti web esterni a FB.
