Hi - I was playing Level 55 1075 and this came up which I have never seen before?the game froze. I really wanted to play!

It happens a lot when a level is over tbh, but it doesn't usually freeze my game. It generally (after the spinning stops) just says try again. Frustrating though.
Following an update on 27 Feb I no longer get the option to use good bars to buy extra bubbles
