still don't work

Hey guys, I have the same problem with my amulet. It took my money. Why? Why can't I have the privileges to play it, and it will not give me my due honors? I did not ask for a refund; I waited to try again. Please fix it, or tell me that I'm not included in enjoying this part of the game?
