This is the second tournament I won first place and never got my chest I've contacted support in app twice and never heard back. When logging in after tournament ends the tournament page is gone and I don't get to open my chest.

Everything has been working fine until I finished the race I won second but when I open my game it shows half the screen and it won't let me collect it I've tried closing and reopen and nothing working
