🛠️ Update: Connection Issue - App update required

II have over 665 +days played in a row. Today when I started to play, The daily reward didn't appear. Game shows NO CONNECTION. Am I going to be sent back to Day 1? My WiFi is strong and I'm connection. What's happening? I also have over 575,000 points accrued. What happened to them? Same thing is happening on my wife's game. Can someone fix this and restore my game back to where it should be. I don't want to star over. Thanks. Ratpack

my game keeps telling me new levels available, but when I click update nothing happens. This happens on all 3 of my devices.

Hi, I cant find anywhere to deregister the device withing my Amazon account and as I cant login to my King account from my Kindle Fire not sure if that is where the deregister option is.

Hey there. I hope you're doing well.

I'm sorry to hear you're having connection issues on your Kindle device when playing BWS3.

I've checked the your ticket with our support and it seems not all necessary steps were sent. Please kindly follow the steps below if you haven't yet:

Please close all apps and restart the device
Please check for any updates for your device and apps in the Amazon Appstore.
Clear the cache frequently using this sequence: Menu => Choose Settings => Scroll down to and tap on Clear All Cookie Data.
If possible, log out from your account in the game.

Now, this next step is really important: I need you to log out from your Amazon Account in your Amazon Store.

Go to Settings
Tap on My Account
Tap on Deregister

- If instead of that, you see an option Deregister Device, tap on that, please;

Confirm your choice Remove Account
That will not delete your account, it will only erase it from your device.
When you do that, would you be so kind as to
Restart your device
Log back into your account in Amazon on your device Settings.
Update your game. You can check if yours is the latest version by going to the app page in the store you downloaded it from.
Log back into your King account in the game.

Playing BWS3 on Kindle I have encountered connection issues I have tried all of the trouble shooting advice and this has not fixed the issue I have uninstalled/reinstalled BWS3 and the issue still persists. I receive no Daily reward, gold bars for level complexation, no team, no team challenges and cannot logon to my account through the game. I have lost 470+days play. I did contact support but they just pointed me to the trouble shooting guides which I have tried with no success.

I too am having the some problem. Have reached out to customer service and done everything asked, still nothing. Will not connect at all. I'm starting to think they are no longer supporting Kindle app. I've played this game for so long I'd hate to see it go.

Please play any level you do not have to complete it

Them log out and leave your device off for a few minutes
