‘The Studio’ - Not much of a plan or clue

Hello,

Just sharing a bit of frustration.

And no, no need to submit as problem, or idea, or contact ‘customer support’ - - customer support, i made a funny!

’The Studio’, the folks behind Bubble Which, appear to have not much of a plan or clue on what to do. That is, likely, as long as they can make money of (some, not me) folks by going on as they are.

Why else would errors sneak in here and there, or persist to be in the game?

This morning, in the year 2025, i found a new icon …

… and when following it, it revealed this…

This one is an old friend: Wake up the tree! > Select a tile … and if someone else already beat you to it, you get this foolish message…

And while ranting a bit. There’s no consideration or thought of what could be done to enhance players’ experience. I.e., once in a while recognition of achievements such as a special message or reward could go a long way, too (x-days playing streak, x-level achievement, …).

Here are two more ‘Studio’ fails that are not being addressed.

“Beat %d levels…”

And, “negative value… ” of “… x ….” to achieve!!?

With regard to ‘…up to date…’:

The OS (iPadOS in my case) is current, as is the Bubble Which 3 app. - On that note: While i cannot proof it, i am quite confident that ‘the studio’ has a way to push updates even though the user opted, as i did, to install iOS updates and app updates only manually!

With regard to ‘…reboot, restart, turn off for a while, or de-reinstall (which I won’t do)…’:

I cannot say that ever did anything for me, not with regard to this game, and while i recall reading that advise to (other, and others’) problems, i do not recall that every being called out to be the solution - i am likely wrong.

With regard to ‘…report this to our customer services team…’:

Nothing personal, and i understand you can only do so much from your end - and that is appreciated. But that is just too funny! - Sad in reality. I cannot remember ever getting anything helpful from them… and ‘service’ in combination with’the studio’, now that is an oxymoron if ever one existed! :)

Yes! On permanent holiday on the funny farm. :)

The ‘Fairy Dash’ notice/announcement also has an ‘…%…’ error of late. I’ll add that here for reference the next time it pops up, which i know it will - why would that get fixed.

The next step my friend would be to report this to our customer services team by selecting the contact us tab at the bottom of this page

First you will receive an automated reply please reply back to this and explain again

Also let them know we have passed you on as normal trouble shooting has not helped 💓

@orderhopfensitz posted about this problem too. I replied to his post that I had the same issue. I am playing the game on my desktop computer, windows11. When I first noticed the "stay connected", I deleted the game and reinstalled it. Stay connnected disappeared for a day then came back. I just tried your suggestion of logging out then logging in. Stay connected is still there.

As of this morning, the "Stay Connected" with the year 2023 is back. I don't get it. Are the game developers on holiday?

I noticed that too on the game. I deleted the game then reinstalled it.

My biggest pet peeve with the game is the explanations about the hats. I'm at level 3073. I know what the hats do. I wish there was a way to shut off the explanations.

The Studio have given up on this game. The screenshot you posted proves it. I have seen this also.

Once you complete the house and beanstalk, there's nothing to do with the stardust you collect. You can't use it to get boosters, or even use mote than one of the cats for more difficult levels. They really need some tweaks to make it interesting for long term players but nothing happens.
