Everything has been working fine until I finished the race I won second but when I open my game it shows half the screen and it won't let me collect it I've tried closing and reopen and nothing working

I have also done all the things suggested and my IOS screen is the same as described here.

I have the same problem but after logging out and back in it is finally fixed. However I have lost all my rewards accumulated over time. How can these be reinstated please

This issue is not fixed I'm not sure why you think it is fixed it's still doing it as others have stated I logged out again cleared the cache yet the screen is still not showing the entire screen due to this issue you guys are not fixing I have to miss the tournament and the event where you beat levels

Hello, help please. I signed in ok but then the screen froze with a dark area covering most of it. I have tried restarting and switching off iPad but the screen remains frozen at that point. I can’t see what level I am at but I have been playing for over 5 years and would hate to loose position. I also don’t want to loose my daily play bonus as it’s at around 1750 days continuous play. Please advise. Thank you.

Force close apps and restart your device.
You need a strong connection wi fi is better and at least 2gig of free memory then clear the game cache as overloaded cache can create issues
Android: Settings > Apps > Candy Crush Soda > Storage > Clear Cache
iOS: Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data

I'm having the same issue, and i've done all the steps but it's still happening. I can't play because you can't get past this page.
Edit: Just to add that if this isn't fixed by tomorrow then everyone with this issue will also lose their Daily Streak place and go all the back to day 1, which isn't fair.

Hi! Thanks for reporting this. Could you please check if you’re on the latest game version (10.10.1.0)? If so, would you mind trying to log out and back in? Please don’t delete the game, as your boosters can't be restored. It would also really help to know which device model you’re playing on.
Yes it's the correct version I logged out and logged back in and the screen is still the same it let me collect my daily log in just fine and then the screen went back to showing only half of it
