Everything has been working fine until I finished the race I won second but when I open my game it shows half the screen and it won't let me collect it I've tried closing and reopen and nothing working

To resolve the split-screen issue, please make sure your game is updated to the latest version.
If, after updating, you encounter the white screen that some players have reported, there is a temporary workaround: try tapping at the bottom of the screen to remove it.

When boosters are not purchased I am afraid we cannot replenish them
However customer support may only may wish to compensate you

If you’ve done the update and are still getting the white screen, try this that King Support suggested to me. When you enter the game and the screen goes white, tap the bottom of the screen (if playing on your phone). It worked for me!

have emailed you twice over a week and no response. Your attention to customers is poor and a community update once in a week for such major issues is a joke. Get this fixed or you will lose people fast

Unfortunately nothing works for me, 9 days now 🙄
Tried everything except one … so I logged out and WAITED days. Didn't clear cache, or go for another update … just waited. Started up just now, logged back in and game now works and progress had been saved. Multiple levels cleared without any problems

I too reached out to Support, I used the Help Center link to send the email. I explained the problem and how long it has been going on and it is happening to so many other players. I also stated that it seems to have started when the Fairy Dash ended. A couple days ago I thought maybe it was fixed cuz I was able to collect my daily prize right where I had left off, but not such luck. But I was told they are working on the issue. Maybe if enough players email them it might get fixed faster.
I contacted King Support and they replied asking the issue. Explained it and included screenshots. Received the basic answer of “we’ll work on it.” We’ve heard that for almost a week now.
Apparently not, and still no communication whatsoever 🙄

I followed your advice of logging out and logging back in regarding the pop-up glitch freezing the game. When I tried to log back in, a message popped up that it was the wrong password. So, I changed the password and now I am back at Level 1. I have been playing this game for over 10 years and was almost on Level 7000. So, you can imagine how upset I am! I don't know how to go back to where I left off. It is as if I am a totally new player and am starting back at Level 1. Please help! Thank you!

An update would be nice @Snow_Rider , instead of leaving us in the dark ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Day 4 isn't it? And still no fix in sight.
On my main device it's half a black screen and frozen, and on another device i tried it's a completely white screen, frozen. Both of which other people in this thread are experiencing.
An update would stop me from having to post anything on this site, because as i said previously, this site is a nightmare to navigate and that's why i don't come on the forums anymore.

How do I contact someone from King? People on here can tell you something is fixed, but that’s obviously not accurate. How can we get ahold of someone who works for King in Support? This is getting ridiculous.
All the games I play are by King. What happens in one and how long it takes to get fixed affects my attitude toward all of their games.
