Ongoing since Friday 2/27. I have contacted tech support via email with no resolution. In one of the posts, I saw a comment stating that the issue has been resolved, but it has not for me. Samsung galaxy S10
Did all of that and still nothing. Guess I'll just wait for you to figure it out. Frustrating!

You need a strong connection wi fi is better and at least 2gig of free memory then clear the game cache as overloaded cache can create issues
